These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Nex EuroTravel's services and website. By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. Prices are quoted in GBP or EUR and include VAT where applicable.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service to receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee, up to 100% of the booking cost. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. No-shows are non-refundable.
We provide luxury chauffeur services, including airport transfers, business travel, city tours, and cross-border journeys in the UK and France. Services are subject to availability, traffic, and weather conditions. We reserve the right to substitute vehicles or chauffeurs as needed.

Nex EuroTravel is not liable for delays or disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather, or force majeure). Our liability is limited to the cost of the service booked. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
We may collaborate with partners (e.g., Arsalan VIP Services, 1786.travel) to provide services. These partners operate under their own terms, and we are not liable for their actions or omissions.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
